All TEI brake kits ship from our facility in Guangzhou, China. Bells and brackets are machined per vehicle, so local installers do not hold stock — every kit comes directly from us.

Lead time is time to dispatch, not total delivery time. Transit time is added on top.
Carriers and transit
We ship worldwide by express courier (DHL or UPS). Typical transit to the United States is 5–8 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
Duties, taxes, and customs
For international orders, import duty and taxes are charged by your country's customs authority when the shipment arrives. They are set by your government, are the recipient's responsibility, and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We do not collect them at checkout.
For deliveries to the European Union, customs normally assesses:
- Import VAT of 19–22% depending on the destination country — Germany 19%, Austria 20%, France 20%, Belgium 21%, Spain 21%, Italy 22%
- Customs duty of about 4.5% on brake parts and kits (HS heading 8708.30)
Together these usually come to roughly 24–28% of the order value. Customs also applies VAT to the shipping cost, so the final amount can be slightly higher. The carrier (DHL or UPS) contacts you to collect payment before the shipment is released for delivery.
Switzerland is outside the EU customs area. Swiss import VAT is 8.1%, and duty is assessed separately under the Swiss tariff.

Address changes
Contact us before your order ships if you need to change the delivery address. We cannot redirect a shipment once it is in transit.
Confirm shipping details before dispatch
Before dispatch, we confirm the shipping method, tracking responsibility, customs treatment and insurance coverage for the order. Customers using their own freight forwarder should provide the warehouse contact, reference number and any shipping-mark requirements in advance.
Once tracking is available, we share it with the order contact. If a shipment requires a customs or delivery update, contact us with your order number so we can coordinate with the relevant carrier or forwarder.
