Customer and vehicle

A BMW F87 M2 owner in the United States used the car for daily driving, spirited weekends, and occasional track days on factory 19-inch wheels. The goal was a stronger, more stable brake system without losing street usability.

Selected setup

The project used a TEI GT60-MONO front racing kit with the historical project configuration of 380×36 mm two-piece rotors, M2 metallic pads, and stainless-steel brake lines. The current catalog lists GT60-MONO as an active six-piston product; the recorded rotor size is retained here as part of this completed case.

Result

The larger thermal capacity helped maintain more consistent braking during repeated high-speed stops. The owner reported firmer pedal feedback, improved confidence, and a balance that remained comfortable for everyday driving.
