What's actually in the kit

A brake kit is five parts working together — the caliper is only one of them. Here's how each is made.

Forged calipers

Formed from a billet of aerospace-grade aluminum under high pressure, then CNC-machined. Denser than casting, with better heat dissipation and rigidity.

6082 / 7075 — aerospace aluminum alloys, the same grades used in aircraft structure.

Pressure-tested in pairs

Every caliper pair is pressure-tested before it leaves the facility. Piston seals are rated to 220°C — the racing range, above the 160°C OEM standard.

220°C — piston seal heat rating.

High-carbon steel discs

G3500 high-carbon alloy steel, heat-treated at 600°C for a structure that stays stable under hard braking. Internally ventilated, slotted or drilled.

≤ 0.05 mm — disc runout, measured at the factory after the bell is assembled.

Braided brake lines

A PTFE core, stainless steel braid, and PVC outer layer. Far lower expansion than OEM rubber — firmer pedal, shorter emergency stops, better resistance to aging.

DOT 7.3 mm — international standard braided hose, included with every kit.

Our brake calipers are forged from 6082 aerospace aluminum alloy with deformation controlled within ≤0.015 mm. Featuring monoblock forging and internal brake fluid routing design, each product passes high/low-pressure and DTV testing to ensure excellent heat dissipation, durability, and braking performance.
