Founded in 2013, TEi is a global manufacturer and brand specializing in high-performance automotive braking systems. Supported by Hongzhi Group's engineering expertise and manufacturing capabilities, we are dedicated to delivering innovative, reliable, and performance-driven braking solutions for the global automotive aftermarket and motorsport industries.
With over a decade of experience, TEi has built a comprehensive product portfolio covering Street, Off-Road and Racing Series brake systems. Our products are engineered to meet the demands of daily driving, performance upgrades, off-road applications, and competitive motorsports, providing enhanced safety, control, and braking performance across a wide range of vehicles.
Operating from a modern manufacturing facility of over 5,000 square meters, TEi maintains in-house production and quality control for key braking components. We independently develop and manufacture advanced silicon carbide-coated carbon ceramic brake discs, including both long-fiber and short-fiber carbon ceramic technologies.

2009 — Hongzhi Company Established
Hongzhi was founded with a mission to represent renowned international aftermarket brands. During these early years, we honed our internal capabilities, building a solid foundation for future growth.
2013 — TEI BRAKES Brand Creation
TEI BRAKES was born in 2013, with a focus on developing both technical expertise and a strong sales team. We introduced key products such as suspension short springs, coilover shocks, and brake kits, quickly gaining a reputation for excellence.
2015 — Focus on Brakes: Leading E-Commerce Innovation
In 2015, we shifted our focus to brake systems and pioneered e-commerce for domestic brake brands. We introduced the unique "Nationwide Warranty" model, setting new service standards in the industry that continue to lead today.
2018 — Product Innovation & Breakthrough
With our Chief Engineer leading the charge, we overhauled our R&D and production lines. This resulted in the launch of the P-Series brake kits, with the P40NS becoming a best-seller for seven years, setting a benchmark for street performance brake systems.
2021 — E-Commerce Growth & Market Dominance
In 2021, we achieved record-breaking sales, surpassing 20 million units and securing the top sales positions on both Tmall and JD.com. Our influence on platforms like Douyin (TikTok) grew rapidly, helping TEI BRAKES become a leading brake brand.
2023 — Motorsport & GTS Series Launch
In 2023, we launched the GTS series, marking our entry into competitive motorsports. We sponsored major international events, including the Macau Grand Prix, and joined forces with GAC Trumpchi to compete in the 25-Hour Thai Endurance Race, showcasing our braking technology under extreme conditions.
2024 — Entering the New Energy Market
In 2024, TEI BRAKES expanded into the electric vehicle market with the release of our SR series, continuing our commitment to innovation and sustainability.
2025 — Global Headquarters & Strategic Expansion
