A brake kit is a fit-specific part. Here's how an order goes from inquiry to your driveway.
1. Check fitment
Start with Find Your Kit. Enter your year, make, and model, and we'll show the TEI caliper family, disc size, and caliper color options that fit your vehicle — plus whether your wheels need spacers to clear the kit.
Not listed, or not sure? Send us your vehicle details — model year, VIN, wheel size, and a photo of your current caliper — and our team will confirm.
2. Confirm the fit
For standard fitments, your vehicle information is enough for us to machine the correct bell and bracket. Some cases — certain trims, drivetrains, and regional variants — need a manual check. If yours is one of them, we'll tell you before you pay.
3. Choose your configuration
Every kit has three choices:
- Wheel size — pick your wheel diameter; disc size follows from it
- Disc material — steel (standard) or carbon-ceramic
- Caliper color — red, yellow, silver, or green
Then pick your brake pads: ceramic (quiet, low dust, ideal for daily driving) or metallic (stronger bite for sporty driving, may produce some friction noise) — both included at no extra cost.
4. Place your order
Order online, or request a quote for wholesale, shop, or race-team pricing. Once production starts, the configuration is locked and the order can't be cancelled — so confirm your details first.
5. Production
Steel-disc kits enter production quickly. Custom carbon-ceramic orders take 60–90 days. See Shipping for current lead times.
6. Delivery
Your kit ships from Guangzhou by express courier with tracking. Import duties, if any, are set by your customs authority and paid on arrival.
7. Installation and support
TEI kits are designed to bolt on. Install at any competent brake shop following the supplied instructions and bedding-in procedure. For technical questions or after-sales support, contact our team directly — we respond faster than a general parts counter and know these kits.
For business customers
Wholesalers, performance shops, and race teams: see our Wholesale & Distributors and Solutions pages for partner pricing, OEM/ODM options, and the account process. Every kit above is available under a wholesale agreement, with volume pricing and dedicated technical support.
What to prepare before fitment confirmation
To help us confirm the correct kit, please have your vehicle year, make and model ready. A VIN is helpful where available. We may also need your wheel diameter, width and offset/ET, whether you need a front, rear or complete kit, your parking-brake type, and details of any lifted, widened or other suspension modifications.
For a manual check, photos of the wheel, spokes and current caliper can help our team confirm the available clearance.
Before production and dispatch
We confirm the vehicle and configuration before production. If you use your own freight forwarder, send the warehouse contact, reference number and any shipping-mark requirements before dispatch. Before the order ships, confirm the shipping method, tracking responsibility, customs treatment and insurance coverage for your order.
