Shipping policy
All TEI brake kits ship from our facility in Guangzhou, China. Bells and brackets are machined per vehicle, so local installers do not hold stock — every kit comes directly from us.
Lead times
- Steel-disc brake kits: confirmed with your order — typically 2–3 weeks.
- Accessories (pads, lines, fluid, spacers): 1–3 business days.
- Custom carbon-ceramic discs (rear, keeping OEM calipers): 60–90 days.
- Front carbon-ceramic in common sizes: usually in stock — no wait.
Lead time is time to dispatch, not total delivery time. Transit time is added on top.
Carriers and transit
We ship worldwide by express courier (DHL or UPS). Typical transit to the United States is 5–8 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
Duties, taxes, and customs
For international orders, import duty and taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority when the shipment arrives. These charges are set by your government and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Address changes
Contact us before your order ships if you need to change the delivery address. We cannot redirect a shipment once it is in transit.
Shipping method, freight forwarders, and insurance
Before dispatch, we confirm the shipping method, tracking responsibility, customs treatment and insurance coverage for the order. Customers using their own freight forwarder should provide the warehouse contact, reference number and any shipping-mark requirements in advance.
Once tracking is available, we share it with the order contact. If a shipment requires a customs or delivery update, contact us with your order number so we can coordinate with the relevant carrier or forwarder.
