P40NS-R is TEI's four-piston rear caliper for cars with a mechanical or foot-operated parking brake, and it pairs with a compact secondary caliper on vehicles that use an electric parking brake instead — so the same big rear caliper works either way. Four opposed pistons spread 24.63cm² of clamping area across a two-piece forged caliper for a firmer, more balanced rear brake than the factory setup.
